Job summary

Quant Capital is seeking a Quant Trader for a high-profile client. The role focuses on developing high-frequency Crypto/OTC/FX strategies, building predictive models, and collaborating with trading, research and technology teams. Remote work is allowed across Europe.

Ideal candidates will hold a MSc/BSc in computing or mathematics and have prior prop trading or hedge fund experience, with alpha generation and market-making exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in computing or mathematics required.
• Experience in a prop trading firm or hedge fund is essential.
• Experience generating alpha in Flow trading is expected.
• Ideally some market-making exposure.
• Proficiency in Rust, Go, Python or Java is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate high-frequency trading strategies Crypto/OTC/FX.
• Build and optimize predictive models and signals for execution and hedging.
• Interact with Trading, Research and other tech groups to understand requirements.
