Job summary

HC Solutions Ltd in East London seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a busy, food‑led and drinks‑focused pub. You will own operations, work closely with the owner and shape standards, menus and events while driving revenue and developing the team.

This hands‑on role requires confident leadership across FOH and BOH, with a focus on guest experience, profitability and a balanced, enjoyable working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in pub, bar or restaurant environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant service and dining room standards.
• Confident with wine, cocktails and bar operations.
• Practical leader who can oversee both FOH and BOH and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day pub operations and guest experience across service areas.
• Collaborate with the owner to shape menus, service style and events.
