Hospitality & Catering Solutions is seeking an experienced General Manager for an independent East London pub with a strong food focus. You will lead a hands-on operation that balances dining and drinks, working closely with the owner to shape standards, menus, service style and events.

The role requires confident leadership to motivate and develop a team, manage stock and labour, and drive revenue across both bar and dining areas in a vibrant neighbourhood setting.

An independent East London pub with a strong food focus is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the business. This is a hands‑on, guest‑focused role within a site that balances dining and drinks equally, making it ideal for a manager who can move confidently between the bar, the floor and the pass.

We’re looking for a leader who can take full ownership of the operation, working closely with the owner while having the autonomy to shape standards, drive revenue and develop the team. This is a rare opportunity to run a respected neighbourhood pub with genuine independence and creative input.

• £50,000 Salary Package
