Cotleigh Property is seeking an experienced Property Manager to run a portfolio of residential blocks in North London. You will deliver high-quality property management services to leaseholders, residents and client Directors, with autonomy to drive improvements and build strong relationships.

You will work closely with contractors, surveyors and advisers to coordinate maintenance, major works and compliance, while delivering responsive service and clear communication.

Qualificações

• Experience as Property Manager in residential block management or similar
• Good understanding of leasehold property management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of residential blocks across North London and surrounding areas
• Be the main contact for leaseholders, residents and Directors
• Arrange repairs and maintenance and ensure high standards of delivery
• Carry out regular site inspections and produce follow-up actions
• Manage contractor relationships and monitor service delivery
• Prepare and issue contractor instructions and manage insurance claims
• Oversee statutory compliance across managed developments
• Assist with service charge budgets with the accounts team
• Prepare for and attend AGMs, Directors' meetings and residents' meetings
• Support Section 20 consultations and major works projects when required
