• Provide direct input to patients and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Perform comprehensive ophthalmic assessments and relevant histories.
• Develop and implement investigation and management plans.
• Escalate to consultant input when required.
• Ensure documentation of assessments, treatment, and follow-up plans.
