Job summary

New Road Surgery Bromsgrove is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Advanced Care Practitioner (ACP) to join our multidisciplinary team. The role is 3–4 days a week (0.75–1 WTE) within a busy primary care environment.

Applicants from nursing or allied health backgrounds are welcome. You will deliver autonomous clinical care, including triage, urgent care, chronic disease management and immunisation programmes, within our supportive, well-organised practice.

Qualifications

• Registered with NMC or HCPC and current UK registration.
• Independent prescribing qualification.
• Masters level study (level 7).
• Experience as autonomous practitioner in primary care.
• Desirable: home visiting or women's health experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care as part of an advanced practitioner team.
• Manage a clinical caseload with triage, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Provide telephone and face-to-face consultations, and home visits where appropriate.
• Participate in vaccination and immunisation programmes when required.
