Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care.
• Ability to manage acute presentations and routine physiology assessments.
• Familiar with digital clinical documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Running autonomous NP-led clinics within primary care settings.
• Managing minor illness and undifferentiated presentations.
• Conducting face-to-face and telephone triage.
• Prescribing safely within scope of practice (if qualified).
• Completing follow-up actions including results and medication queries.
• Maintaining accurate digital clinical documentation.
