Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an AI/LLM Engineer to design and build the AI brain for autonomous network operations. You will develop LLM-based agents, RAG systems, and multi-agent workflows, with vector search, graph-enhanced retrieval, and hybrid search patterns.

You will integrate with OSS, AIOps, and graph/databases; optimise prompts, ensure safety with human-in-the-loop, and deploy services via Kubernetes and containers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, semantic search, or agentic AI systems.
• Strong Python programming skills and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with vector databases, graph databases, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI brain for autonomous network operations.
• Develop LLM-based agents, RAG systems, and multi-agent workflows.
• Implement safe AI workflows with human-in-the-loop and auditability.
• Deploy AI services using Kubernetes, Docker, APIs, and cloud-native patterns.
