Job summary

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales seeks an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work within the North Wales Cancer treatment centre, supporting the SABR service and managing a lung cancer caseload in a MDT setting.

The ANP will work autonomously at an advanced level, delivering patient‑centred care, prescribing where appropriate and contributing to high quality cancer care. Welsh language ability is desirable but English or Welsh speakers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Oncology/Cancer experience.
• Substantial experience within a clinical role.
• Willing to undertake MSc in the next 2 years.
• Willing to travel across North Wales.

Responsibilities

• Work at an advanced level of clinical practice.
• Undertake nurse led clinics.
• Prescribe medications.
• Deliver evidence based care to patients undergoing cancer treatments to include SABR.
