Job summary

Owen Daniels is representing a well-established injection moulding company in Sutton Coldfield seeking a Process Technician to support and optimise production processes, ensuring parts meet quality and delivery targets.

You will set up and run moulding processes, drive 5S practices, and focus on waste reduction, with a hands-on problem-solving approach and close collaboration with manufacturing teams. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with injection moulding machinery.
• Good understanding of quality and production processes.
• A hands-on, problem-solving approach.
• Experience tracking and reporting output figures.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, reducing waste and downtime.
• Support and deliver weekly production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor production progress and resolve production issues.
• Ensure materials, tools, and resources are available for production.
• Achieve target output rates and equipment efficiency by ensuring manufacturing processes are running smoothly.
