Job summary

Florin Healthcare is seeking a Home Manager for an award-winning luxury elderly care home in Hertfordshire. The role offers full autonomy to run a medium-sized nursing and dementia care service, with excellent CQC standing and strong hospital and community links.

You should be a proven leader with commercial acumen and a solid track record in CQC compliance. Salary up to £85,000 plus up to 20% bonus. Based in Hertfordshire, commutable from Watford, London and surrounding areas.
