Qualifications
- BSc in Audiology (or equivalent).
- HCPC registration.
- 2+ years’ post-qualification experience.
- Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care.
- Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships.
- Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey.
- Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
- Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand.
