Principal People Recruitment is assisting an established consultancy to recruit a Health and Safety Consultant for their Risk Management Solutions team in the Midlands. You will audit safety and fire risk at client sites, autonomously manage a portfolio, and build strong client relationships while delivering bespoke risk-reduction solutions.

The role emphasizes autonomous scheduling, diverse sector exposure, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH certificate or equivalent is required.
• Level 3 Fire Safety qualification is highly desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage own schedule.
• Strong communication skills to foster lasting relationships.

Responsabilités

• Conduct health and safety audits and fire risk assessments at client sites.
• Autonomously manage a varied portfolio of clients.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Use expert safety knowledge to help protect and reduce risk for clients through bespoke solutions.
• Provide up-to-date support and advice including policies, safe systems of work, and risk assessments.
