Job summary

Royston Group Practice is seeking a salaried GP to join our supportive team of doctors, nurses and administration staff. The role involves 6-8 sessions per week, with a mix of surgery and on-call duties, including care home visits by our visiting service.

Pay per session is negotiable and experience will determine the rate. The successful candidate will work autonomously while complying with PMS Contract obligations, contributing to excellent clinical care and an effective multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• UK GMC registered (or eligible for registration)
• Experience in primary care settings is desirable
• Experience with Quality and Outcome Framework (QOF) and clinical audits is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medical care to the defined patient population
• Work as an autonomous practitioner within PMS Contract obligations
• Manage both surgery sessions and on-call duties, including home visits
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to practice protocols and governance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support partners in achieving strategic aims and optimize income while controlling expenditure
