You will work with hardware, software, model development, and operations teams, conducting in-field investigations and leveraging simulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with complex robotic/AV systems.
• Excellent problem solving to address robotics/AI issues.
• Systems-thinking across hardware, software, models.
• Experience designing experiments to test hypotheses.
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Python scripting for data analysis and AI tooling.
• Track record influencing team/strategy from findings.
• Safety-conscious mindset with risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Investigate on-road data and perform root cause analysis across robot, model, or software.
• Analyse data and communicate insights using dashboards/visualisations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and operations to resolve issues.
• Develop automated workflows and playbooks to accelerate testing cycles.
• Use simulation and offline tools to reproduce and debug issues, reducing fleet usage.
• Provide broad investigative support across new platforms and release testing.
