Job summary

One Medical Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team at Rosedean House Surgery. This role drives modernized care pathways and safe, compliant services.

You will be responsible for autonomous assessment, diagnosis, and treatment decisions, working with GPs, nurses, wellbeing advisors, health coaches, and physician associates. Strong leadership and governance contributions are essential.

Qualifications

• Current registration with NMC, HCPC or GPhC.
• MSc in Advanced Practice or Level 7 ACP with modules in Advanced Physical Assessment Skills, Minor Injuries and Disease Management.
• Certification as an Independent Prescriber.
• Experience in primary care and minor illness management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Demonstrated clinical reasoning and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Make independent decisions in patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
• Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to enhance patient care.
• Contribute to clinical governance alongside the lead nurse.
• Provide clinical leadership to ensure effective service delivery.
• Manage complete episodes of patient care while adapting to new healthcare delivery methods.
