Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist in AF and Stroke Prevention to join the SOS-AF team. You will screen for AF, interpret ECGs, and provide expert guidance on anticoagulation with multidisciplinary teams.

You will participate in clinics, research, data analysis and audits while supporting education for staff and students. A 12‑week probation and Right to Work requirements apply.

Qualificações

• Qualified adult nurse with registration and ongoing professional development.
• Willingness to undertake post-registration cardiology qualification.
• Experience in AF/risk assessment and anticoagulation helpful.
• Ability to teach and coach staff and students.

Responsabilidades

• Screen for AF and atrial flutter; interpret ECGs.
• Provide expert nursing advice to MDT and patients.
• Lead or participate in clinics, audits and research.
• Deliver specialist education and training to colleagues.
• Manage referrals and liaise with primary and secondary care.
