Job summary

Warburtons in Newton Abbot is seeking a Class 2 Delivery Driver to join our Distribution Depot. The role offers a 43-hour week with early starts around 3:30am, and a day that puts you in charge of deliveries and customer service.

You’ll load your own vehicle, pick orders from notes or a device, and maintain basic vehicle knowledge to report faults. Expect a rotating pattern, weekends included, and real opportunities to represent the Warburtons brand on every doorstep.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence with Class C entitlement.
• Full CPC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to multiple customers each day, providing quality service.
• Load your vehicle with bakery products and pick orders accurately from delivery notes or an electronic device.
• Keep up with basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to relay faults on defect forms.
• Work a rotating 5-day pattern including weekends, totaling approx. 43 hours per week.
