Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a CAMHS Liaison Band 6 post based at the acute hospitals. This 24/7 service provides assessments of children and young people in crisis, including the 8pm–8am crisis line, with a 37.5 hour week.

The role focuses on autonomous assessments, developing treatment plans, and timely interventions to prevent admissions, working with families and partner agencies, with DBS checks and flexible shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Registration with a relevant professional body and a recognised qualification.
• 2+ years post-registration experience at band 5 or above.
• Flexibility to work a 22/7 rota and 24/7 shift pattern.

Responsabilités

• Provide autonomous assessments and develop treatment plans with risk assessment.
• Influence care planning, monitor outcomes, and ensure timely interventions.
• Liaise with families and partner agencies; support in patient discharge planning.
