Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager for a role in Warrington. You will identify and secure new business opportunities, build pipelines, and visit clients across the UK, while liaising with internal teams and external clients.

The position offers autonomy, progression, and a generous package. Salary ranges from £85,000 to £100,000 plus a £6,500 car allowance, 32 holiday days, pension, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, valves, or mechanical manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build pipelines and visit clients to grow the business.
• Liaise with internal teams and external clients.
• 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 8:30–17:00.
