Locum Ready is seeking a Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work within a GP practice in Sutton In Ashfield. This role offers flexible sessional work in a well-organised primary care setting with full support from an established multidisciplinary team.

You will autonomously assess, diagnose and manage presentations, deliver evidence-based care and contribute to high-quality clinical outcomes. Morning/afternoon clinics available, with potential for extended block bookings and ongoing sessions.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification (Level 7 / Postgraduate).
• V300 Independent Prescribing.
• Recent experience in primary care, urgent care or walk-in settings.
• Ability to work autonomously and safely.
• Familiarity with common primary care systems (EMIS / SystmOne / Vision).
• Enhanced DBS

Aufgaben

• Running minor illness and acute assessment clinics
• Completing long-term condition reviews where required
• Telephone triage and clinical decision-making
• Independent prescribing and medication reviews
• Ordering and interpreting investigations
• Clear, accurate clinical documentation
• Working collaboratively with GPs, Practice Nurses and HCAs
