Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide flexible regional primary care sessions across Ossett. You will deliver autonomous ANP-led clinics with full clinical autonomy while maintaining a consistent working environment.

You will perform advanced assessments, manage same-day presentations and support routine patient demand within GP and community services, ensuring safe, efficient workflows across clinics.

Qualifications

Level 7 Advanced Practice qualification is required.
Independent Prescribing (V300) is required.
Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings is required.
Enhanced DBS clearance is required.
Strong diagnostic reasoning and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Run autonomous ANP-led clinics within primary care settings.
Manage acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations.
Conduct telephone and face-to-face triage.
Prescribe safely within scope of competence.
Review results and action routine follow-ups.
Record accurate clinical notes in digital systems.
