Locum Ready invites an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join a GP practice in Redruth. You will run your own clinics, delivering autonomous assessments and safe management within a structured primary care setting.

The role supports urgent and routine demand with clear pathways, strong admin support and efficient workflows to ensure smooth session delivery. Flexible sessions up to 4 days/week available.

Qualifications

• Autonomous clinical assessment and decision-making in primary care.
• Experience delivering safe, effective patient management.
• Background from nursing, paramedic, or allied health fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct acute and same-day access clinics.
• Autonomous assessment, diagnosis and management of undifferentiated presentations.
• Telephone triage and clinical streaming.
• Order and interpret investigations.
• Prescribe within scope where qualified.
• Manage follow-up actions and referrals.
• Document clearly in the practice system.
