Job summary

IRD Recruitment is growing and launching a new office in Bedford. You will build the desk from scratch, choosing the market and establishing a client base across Bedford and the surrounding area. This is a true 360 role with full autonomy and a clear path to significant earnings.

You’ll run the complete cycle—business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, placing and account management—while working with a nimble team behind you.

Qualifications

• Proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally in industrial, warehouse, driving or construction.

Responsibilities

• Choose your market and build a client base from scratch across Bedford and the surrounding area.
• Run the full 360 process: business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, placing & account management.
• Set the tone for what IRD looks like in a brand new territory.
• Work closely with the wider IRD team, but without someone looking over your shoulder telling you how to do it.
• Building relationships that turn into repeat business, not one-off placements.
