Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience in motor vehicle repair, maintenance or a related trade.
• A recognised motor vehicle qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering motor vehicle lessons meeting the needs of all learners.
• Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Maintaining a safe, well-organised workshop environment in line with health and safety requirements.
• Supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and progress towards employment or further study.
• Keeping up to date with developments in the motor vehicle industry and reflecting these in teaching.
