Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Data Analyst to join our busy team at Ford Automotive in Dunton, Essex. You will extract data from internal systems to understand trends and identify improvements across European markets, and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Key duties include analyzing dealer data, identifying delays, creating actionable reports in Excel and PowerPoint, and spotting automation opportunities to reduce manual work. Hybrid, 2 days a week in Dunton.

Qualifications

• Experience extracting data from internal systems and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Automotive or supply chain background preferred.
• Ability to create advanced reports and identify process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse Dealer management system input data and review vehicle movements in workshops.
• Identify delays due to capacity or parts supply and propose actions.
• Provide reporting to project management with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and processes and automate tasks.
