Job summary

EDAG UK is seeking a Connectivity Systems Engineer in Royal Leamington Spa to join an agile, international team. You will support cross‑functional groups to ensure quality of Telematics and connectivity components, planning and developing hardware/software requirements for timely project delivery.

You will work across the V‑cycle, perform testing of ECUs, and apply industry standards such as UNECE and ISO. The role requires strong knowledge of E/E systems and communication protocols, with an

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive, electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle E/E systems and architectures.
• Experience across automotive lifecycle, product delivery and problem solving.
• Familiar with CAN, LIN, FlexRay and OTA/remote diagnostics.
• Awareness of UNECE regulations and ISO standards (21434, ISO26262).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and test hardware/software requirements for telematics and connectivity.
• Plan, monitor and drive development across the V‑cycle to on‑time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with UNECE regs and support homologation activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and document results clearly.
• Provide technical guidance on ECUs, infotainment and network protocols.
