Job summary

Talentia Group Integration is seeking a Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join our team in Surrey. This permanent role involves delivering high-quality teaching and practical workshops, helping learners develop motor vehicle skills for progression in the automotive industry.

You'll plan courses, support attendance, and contribute to curriculum development. Industry experience is essential; teaching qualifications are welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Industry experience within motor vehicle or automotive sector.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners of differing abilities.
• Commitment to high standards of teaching, learning and learner support.
• Desirable: Teaching qualification such as PGCE, DET/DTLLS or Cert Ed.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering effective teaching and assessment across motor vehicle programmes.
• Supporting learners in classroom and workshop settings.
• Acting as a personal tutor and providing pastoral support to learners.
• Monitoring learner progress and promoting attendance and achievement.
• Contributing to team meetings and development of the subject area.
