Job summary

Waylands Automotive, Newbury, is seeking an experienced Technician to join our Polestar Newbury team. The role focuses on servicing and repairing customer vehicles, using current diagnostic equipment, and delivering right-first-time workmanship.

You should be time-served and hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with a full driving licence. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday on rota, a generous baseline with an OTE of £50k, 31 days holiday, and training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Time-served technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Must be able to use current diagnostic equipment and deliver right-first-time work.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service customer vehicles.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and fix faults.
• Work toward productivity and efficiency targets; maintain high service standards.
