About Us:

DCS Automotive are a specialist automotive bodyshop and dealership specialist. Dedicated to producing bespoke and custom pickups for private and corporate customers and maintaining our white van fleet. Our modern, purpose-built facility offers excellent working conditions and state-of-the-art equipment. We are seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer/Panel Beater to join our small, dynamic team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Restoring vehicle bodywork and frames to manufacturer standards
• Assessing damage and planning effective repairs
• Preparing surfaces and applying high-quality paint finishes
• Prioritising repairs and reworks efficiently
• Collaborating in a fast-paced, supportive workshop environment
• Mentoring and supporting apprentices as they develop their skills

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in panel beating and spray painting
• NVQ Level 1, 2 & 3 or ATA qualified
• Welding certification (preferred but not essential)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
