Automotive Technician x3 - (phone number removed) - Gaydon - GBP24.13/hr - Inside IR35

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct technical diagnosis and document results using established procedures.
  • Perform software updates and testing to ensure vehicles are ready for SOTA and integration testing.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical systems, including engine and chassis components.
  • Assemble, replace, and fit test components and electrical harnesses as required.
  • Trace faults, rectify issues, and validate solutions using computer diagnostic equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret drawings and develop innovative solutions.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
  • Expertise in software updates and vehicle testing processes.
  • Ability to manufacture or modify electrical harnesses and components.
