If you answered yes, MSXi might have the right opportunity. We are expanding our client’s program and need automotive repair experts to troubleshoot and resolve tough issues efficiently. Your role involves local travel to dealerships, assisting technicians, and documenting technical issues to resolve challenging cases.

Key Tasks:

• Assess and resolve technical escalations
• Provide online and in-dealership technical assistance
• Lead discussions and act as a subject matter expert
• Manage recall requirements and ensure RSU completion, reducing buybacks
• Interact with teams as a quality feedback liaison
• Consult dealerships on repair documentation, service agreements, and inspections
• Improve customer experience and increase first-visit fixes
• Analyze and suggest process improvements for repair shops

What We Offer:

• Hybrid work model: 3 days field work, 2 days remote, minimal weekend work

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years automotive experience; ASE certification preferred but not mandatory
• Field management experience is a plus
• Motivated, adaptable, autonomous, results-oriented
• Ability to travel locally and document vehicle cases using Excel
• Strong communication skills for technical explanations
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

The estimated salary range is $65,000 to $85,000, based on experience and other factors, with consideration for geographic location and organizational needs.
