Formel D Group seeks an Automotive Team Leader to supervise a Quality Inspector team at the Sutton Coldfield site, ensuring containment and rework activities are delivered on time and within cost. The role supports achieving customer KPIs and maintains high quality standards in collaboration with OEMs and suppliers.

Based on site in Sutton Coldfield, the position includes coordinating with on-site teams and occasional satellite operations, with a focus on training, process adherence, and on-time

Qualifications

• Experience with OEMs and suppliers in the automotive industry.
• 2 years supervising experience.
• Driving licence (required).
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of Quality Inspectors and ad-hoc roles.
• Coordinate quality containment and rework projects to protect OEM production.
• Ensure current and new employees are trained and using eQCC for data capture.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and on-time project delivery within budget and scope.
• Ensure timesheets are delivered 100% on time.
• Promote safety and accident prevention on site.
• Liaise with OEMs, customers and suppliers as needed.
