Qualifications

Compensation:
  • Competitive pay/Weekly pay ($15-$30/hr based on experience)
  • Monday through Friday, 8-5 (NO WEEKENDS)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Thoroughly examine customer vehicles to identify issues and maintenance needs.
  2. Use diagnostic tools to accurately identify vehicle problems.
  3. Perform repairs and maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake replacements, engine tune-ups, electrical repairs, and more.
  4. Request necessary parts from the parts department to complete repairs.
  5. Provide accurate labor estimates based on diagnosed issues.
  6. Communicate repair details and additional service needs clearly to the service advisor.
  7. Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and customer information.
  8. Follow manufacturer specifications and quality standards for repairs.
  9. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on vehicle technology and repair procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, electrical, brakes, suspension, and transmission.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues.
  • Ability to perform a wide range of automotive repairs efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and explaining repairs.
  • Meticulous approach to ensure repairs are completed correctly.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting heavy parts and working in various positions.
  • ASE Certification (preferred).
