Job summary

Sytner Group is seeking a Service Advisor for Volvo Warrington to deliver outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between customers and the workshop.

You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep customers updated at every stage, and liaise with technicians to ensure timely vehicle readiness. Training is provided onboard and through manufacturer courses to support career progression.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills are essential.
• A strong customer service background is beneficial in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn with in-house training and manufacturer courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between customers and the workshop.
• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and update customers at each stage.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure timely delivery.
