Location: Peterborough

Salary: Up to £28,500

Hours: Monday - Friday

The Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for valued customers, ensuring their experience is seamless and stress-free. Your responsibilities will include:

• Booking and managing service appointments
• Providing clear and accurate advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty
• Liaising with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and organised approach to work
• Previous experience in a similar role (automotive experience is a plus but not essential)
• Confidence in using computer systems and software
