Our client is a main car dealership who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and focusedSales Managerto come on board their ever growing team.

  • Driving the performance of the department to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectives
  • Controlling profit targets, departmental expenses and monitoring trends and reacting accordingly
  • Responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the department
  • Customer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the position

As a Sales Manager you:

  • Will have at least 2 years experience working as aSales Managerin a similar position.
  • Have a passion for success and achieving your objectives
  • Be an organised individual who can prioritise workload effectively
  • Have Experience of effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing the sales team to ensure that industry-leading performance standards are evident throughout the department
  • Posses excellent communicator at all levels who is assertive, professional and dynamic with excellent customer service skills
  • A very competitive salary package with an OTE circa £54K (Depending on Experience)
