Job summary

Vertu Volkswagen Leeds is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their team. The role offers a basic salary of £27,000 with significant commission potential that can deliver earnings well beyond the on-target level of £45,000.

You will work a 40-hour week, including Saturdays, with Sundays off and a generous onboarding program to help you succeed. As part of the team you’ll guide customers through the car buying journey with a premium level of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience as a Sales Executive in automotive.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
• Full UK driving licence (Manual and Automatic).

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the end-to-end car buying journey.
• Represent a premium automotive brand and deliver high‑quality service.
• Organise the customer journey from first contact to final handover.
• Participate in onboarding and training programs to maximise earnings.
