Job summary

Worcester Mercedes-Benz, part of Lookers Motor Group Limited, is recruiting an ambitious Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Worcester. You will work with our sales colleagues to deliver first-class customer service and close deals on new and used cars.

You will need strong communication skills, a drive to hit targets, and a full UK driving license. A competitive package includes on-target earnings up to £50,000 per year plus a company car, with 44 hours a week and weekend rota.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Previous motor trade experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person.
• Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives.
• Negotiating the final price for the sale.
• Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale.
• Liaising with various departments to provide the best service.
