Job summary

Ashford Mercedes-Benz is recruiting for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Ashford. You will engage with customers, suggest suitable vehicles, and accompany test drives while negotiating prices and handling paperwork.

A full UK driving licence is required, and you will work in a fast-paced environment alongside a supportive team. The role offers uncapped commission with an OTE up to 50,000 per annum and a company car.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Self-motivated to crack on with the job and hit targets.
• Ambitious and hard-working applicants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
• Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
• Negotiating the final price for the sale
• Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
• Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all customers
