Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Preston is seeking an organised Sales Administrator to support our busy Sales Administration team, ensuring stock records are accurate and up to date.

You will handle vehicle taxation and invoicing to deliver a smooth customer experience, reporting to the branch accountant. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues and customers.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock records and invoicing.
• Ability to work well both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle stock records accurately and promptly.
• Ensure taxed and invoiced vehicle sales for a smooth customer experience.
• Obtain, record and file vehicle documents.
• Produce timely vehicle sales invoices matching customer orders.
• Ensure all vehicle sales documentation is complete and payment is received.
• Understand manufacturer systems and bonuses for new vehicles.
