Qualifications

• Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the identification and sourcing of automotive parts for customers and workshop technicians.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Maintain parts stock levels through stock control and ordering processes.
• Update and manage parts database records for accuracy and availability of parts information.
• Support the team in processing sales transactions and maintaining paperwork.
• Learn and adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations.
