Perfect Placement is assisting a well-established automotive business in Glasgow to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor for their busy distribution centre. You will drive parts sales and deliver excellent customer service to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Recent or current experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Experience in telesales or proactive customer communication desirable.
• Ideally worked within motor factors, franchise-approved dealerships, or similar environments.
• Strong communication and telephone skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass vehicle parts and accessories sales targets through consultative selling and telesales efforts.
• Engage with customers via telephone to promote parts, accessories, and related services.
• Educate customers on suitable parts to meet their needs both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to support business growth.
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities via proactive telesales activities.
• Effectively manage customer accounts to ensure retention and maximise sales.
• Maintain accurate records for orders and stock, both electronically and on paper.
• Provide high-standard customer service aligned with company standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment.
