Eastleigh Accident Repair Centre is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to repair accident‑damaged vehicles to manufacturer and insurer standards. You’ll work in a modern, clean, fast‑paced environment, delivering high‑quality workmanship as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have ATA or NVQ Level 3, with experience in hybrid/EV repairs, and a proactive, able‑to‑perform under pressure mindset. Our client offers strong training and a supportive, career‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an accident repair environment.
• Confidence repairing Hybrid and EV vehicles.
• Strong all‑round knowledge of vehicle repair processes.
• Self-motivated, organised, and detail‑focused.
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Carry out panel repairs and replacements to the highest standard.
• Confidently perform MET work, including rebuilding doors and fitting front panels.
• Weld and bond replacement panels using approved methods.
• Apply fillers and sealants to prepare vehicles for painting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
• Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them to a high standard.
• Follow all health, safety, and PPE requirements.
• Adhere to company procedures and policies.
