Job summary

Vanta Staffing Limited is seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Technician in Maidenhead to join a growing bodyshop specialist. You will prepare and repaint vehicles to a high standard, working within modern facilities and a team focused on quality and progression.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in automotive paint, ATA accreditation or working towards it, and strong communication skills to support and train junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Paint Technician within a bodyshop.
• ATA accreditation or currently working towards it.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to support and train junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and repaint vehicles to a high standard.
• Complete all work within allocated timescales.
• Maintain excellent quality standards in line with customer and manufacturer expectations.
• Support, supervise and train less experienced technicians.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
