FMG Repair Services Limited in Redruth is seeking a skilled Paint Technician to join our busy workshop. You will prepare, prime, and spray vehicles to high standards within a fast-paced team environment.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £21 per hour with uncapped bonus potential, 40 hours per week, 8:30am–5:30pm, and excellent company benefits including 23 days holiday, life assurance, pension and employee discounts.

As a Paint Technician, you’ll be responsible for preparing, priming, and spraying vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring every repair is finished with precision and care. Working in our Redruth workshop, you’ll deliver outstanding results and help restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

We’re seeking an experienced Paint Technician who:

• Has proven experience in vehicle painting/refinishing
• Demonstrates excellent colour-matching and finishing skills
• Delivers high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
• Works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Holds relevant qualifications/accreditations (ATA/NVQ) - desirable but not essential
