FMG Repair Services in Stourbridge is seeking a skilled Paint Technician to join the bodyshop. You will carry out high-quality paint repairs to manufacturer standards, helping restore vehicles to pre-accident condition alongside a professional team.

Applicants should have proven paintwork experience and great attention to detail. A full UK driving licence is required; IMI/NVQ qualifications are desirable but not essential. There are excellent rewards and career progression opportunities.

Salary:up to £22per hour dependent upon experience + uncapped bonus + exceptional benefits

Hours: 45 hours per week 7am - 4.30pm (30 mins lunch)

FMG Repair Services, the UK's largest vehicle repair group, is looking for a skilled Paint Technician to join our expert team at our Stourbridge Bodyshop.

As a Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality paint repairs to manufacturer standards, ensuring vehicles are restored safely and efficiently to their pre-accident condition. Working alongside a dedicated and professional team, you'll deliver precision workmanship while enjoying excellent rewards and career progression opportunities.

About You

We're seeking an experienced Paint Technician who:

• Has proven experience in paintwork

• Produces high-quality workmanship with great attention to detail

• Works well as part of a skilled team in a busy workshop

• Holds relevant qualifications/accreditations (IMI/NVQ) - desirable but not essential

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Painter within a bodyshop environment
• Strong repair and replacement skills across a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Relevant qualifications (ATA, NVQ, IMI, or equivalent) - desirable but not essential
• A proactive, team-focused approach
• Full UK Driving Licence required
