Job Title: Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 hourly guarantee, with $25.00 - $30.00 flat rate

As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain guest vehicles. You will undergo comprehensive training from day one to prepare for your role and future growth. Your responsibilities include performing repairs, securing guest approval, conducting inspections, test-driving vehicles, and collaborating with teammates, including providing leadership to General Service Technicians.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in the tool purchase program
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Maintain Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE certification in A1-A8
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Automotive technical school certificate/degree
