Job Title: Automotive Maintenance Service and Alignment Technician

Job Summary: The Automotive Maintenance Service and Alignment Technician will perform oil changes and related services efficiently, following safety and maintenance standards. They will provide excellent customer service and ensure vehicles are in safe, working condition while maintaining positive relationships with management and team members.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform oil and lubricant changes according to established procedures.
2. Inspect and replace filters, hoses, and other components as needed.
3. Check and top off all vehicle fluids, including engine oil, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, antifreeze, and brake fluid.
4. Perform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs and fuses.
5. Inspect vehicles for safety and identify potential repairs.
6. Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts and components.
7. Explain services and repair options to customers.
8. Conduct visual inspections of vehicles.
9. Comply with safety procedures.
10. Complete Multi-Point Vehicle Inspections thoroughly.
11. Perform alignments and tire rotations.
