Job summary

Grand River Personnel on behalf of our client is seeking Machine Operators for a full-time role in automotive manufacturing. Work within a clean, safety-focused facility with paid lunch breaks and opportunities to learn multiple machines.

Day, Afternoon and Night shifts are available with competitive hourly wages and overtime. Applicants should have good English communication, strong manual dexterity and basic math skills, and be able to record production information accurately.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is an asset.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and record production information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and automated machinery to produce automotive components.
• Handle and move larger components during production and assembly.
• Use hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
• Perform basic calculations to verify production accuracy.
• Complete production records and required documentation.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily production targets.
